What type of vehicle insurance is provided by default?

As per RTA regulations, all rental cars in the UAE come with comprehensive insurance (basic insurance) that covers accidental damages, provided the accident isn’t your fault. Additional collision damage waiver (CDW) can be availed for accidents caused by your own fault.
